We are doing our best so that we have in the store's stock every item proposed in this catalogue. But it can happen that one or several items are unavailable. These unavailable goods will be sent to you carriage paid as soon as we are supplied. Otherwise we can repay these items at your request. Items which are Unavailable for a long period of time will be repaid by check enclosed with the justificatory invoice of your purchase.
We handle your order from its reception. We send all our parcels with a carrier who operates
a fast delivery. The deliveries are only made in the morning, so it is recommended to take the necessary arrangements for the reception of the parcel. It can happen, in case of numerous orders received the same day, that the delivery period gets longer.
RECEIPT OF ORDERS
Before the departure of the delivery man you have to check:
1) If the number of parcels correspond to the number registered on the delivery slip of the carrier.
2) Check the state of the parcel: whether or not the parcels were crushed or opened. All our parcels are closed with an adhesive tape.
VERY IMPORTANT: if you notice that an item is missing, that a parcel was opened or crushed you must at the time of the delivery and before the departure of the delivery man:
1) Write down on the the carrier's delivery slip the noticed flaws (for example: one parcel is missing 4 delivered instead of 5. Opened parcel, 1 missing item. Item crushed, damaged) Do not write subject to unpacking, it has no value.
2) Send to the carrier a registered letter confirming the details of missing or damaged items.
3) send us a copy of this letter.
FOR A MAXIMUM OF SECURITY WE INSURE FREE OF CHARGE OUR CONSIGNMENTS:
In case of delivery problems, if you follow this procedure, we shall immediatly send you the missing or damaged items, carriage paid.
After the departure of the delivery man: However if you notify us of lost or damaged goods without having noted it on the carrier's delivery slip, despite all our good will we cannot replace or repay these items, our insurance refusing to take this situation into account.
All our goods benefit from a double guarantee (one granted by the manufacterer, the other one by us). The guarantee practised is within the framework of a normal use and does not take into account fair wear and tear of the item, as well as impacts, twistings and accidents due to a bad maintenance or incorrect use.
This catalogue has no contractual value. The possible error of data capture or pictures can by no means commit our Company, who reserves the right to modify the specification of items without preliminary notice.
